What payment methods are available?

Platinum Archival accepts payments made by credit/debit card and Paypal.

Secure Credit Card Payment

If you select credit card as your payment method it will be processed securely using SSL with Credit Card, Visa, Diners Club or Amex. Your details will be sent to and processed by Shopify and will not be disclosed by www.platinumarchival.com

Selecting Paypal at checkout will take you to Paypal website to make payment.

If you would like to pay via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT bank deposit) please reach out to us directly at contact@platinumarchival.com

When will my order ship?

Orders are processed on a first come, first served basis and the vast majority of orders are shipped within 3 business days of being received. However, on rare occasions, delays of up to 10 business days can occur due to shipping schedules. If you have a concern about your order please reach out to us.

If any of the items you've ordered are out of stock, we will contact you via email and notify you with an estimate of when the items are due to arrive back in stock or offer an exchange or refund if they are currently unavailable. You can elect to split your order, but please keep in mind that an additional postage charge will apply should you do so.  

How will my order ship?

Orders shipped within Australia are sent via Australia Post. Freight companies will be contacted for large orders or pallet loads. Tracking is standard on all orders and cost is weight dependant.

If you are an international customer, please contact us for a shipping quote. Transit times vary according on the destination country.

All parcels are dispatched from Melbourne, Victoria.

International Orders

Platinum Archival is able to ship to every state and territory of Australia. If you are unable to enter shipping details, feel free to contact us at contact@platinumarchival.com

International shipping addresses please reach out for a custom invoice.

Can I pick-up my order?

Pick-up can be arranged for wholesale customers. All other orders will be mailed out.

What if items arrive damaged or something is missing?

If a shipment has been damaged or is missing product(s), the customer is required to notify Platinum Archival within seven (7) days of the date of delivery and note all damaged or missing product(s) on their invoice. Failure to notify Platinum Archival of all damaged or missing product within seven (7) days of the date of delivery may cause the claim to be denied.

Refunds/Returns

All refunds and returns are at the discretion of Platinum Archival. In the unfortunate event that a product has been damaged in transit, please contact us for further information.

We must be advised within 7 days of delivery of damaged goods, or within 30 days of faulty products. We will advise you what to do next with the item(s). 

Platinum Archival reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of 20% of the item(s) being restocked if a change of mind credit is approved. This will be deducted from the credited amount.

By placing a pre-order with Platinum Archival, you are committing to purchase all the items selected, regardless of the date received. On sale dates are approximate and are not guaranteed. We are not able to remove delayed items from your order. 

It is the responsibility of the customer to read the full description of the items purchased and to ask any questions prior to completing checkout. Platinum Archival will not accept returns for errors made in this area.

Platinum Archival does not accept returns for items with minor imperfection such as small dents, creasing or shelf wear. Unfortunately sending paper and soft plastic products through the post can result in minor wear. Platinum Archival is committed to continually reviewing our shipping methods to provide the best experience. 

In the unfortunate event that a product has been damaged in transit, please contact us for further information. Platinum Archival is not liable for items damaged in transit and will work with courier company to provide a resolution.

Product requests

We encourage all customers to reach out with product requests. We always have items and products in the pipelines and your requests help to determine which items are approved for development first.

We may also have items listed on the website that are used to gauge interest for immediate sale. Adding these to your wish list does not commit you to purchase this item if it becomes available.
